We finally reach the end of our Malaysian restaurant food journey for the month of August (and for the Malaysia Kitchen Blogger Summit). On this final leg of the journey, I take you through a brief history visit to the 15th century and introduce to you a uniquely Malaysian cuisine, the Peranakan Nyonya (Nonya) Cuisine.
We continue our journey on Melbourne’s Malaysia Kitchen Blogger Summit restaurant reviews with a visit to Chillipadi in Melbourne Central. Conveniently located in the CBD area, Chillipadi is not afraid to spice things up. Introducing a new menu which focuses on Malaysian style hawker food and street side food vendors, be prepared to be satisfied.
This week, we travel to Camberwell, Melbourne to pay tribute to a local monk hiding in a tiny laneway right across the Rivoli Cinema. What follows is a rather sinful affair between the Monk & Me 🙂 Come join me in this week’s Malaysia Kitchen Blogger Summit and remember, if you like my post, follow the link and click “like” to VOTE for me 🙂
Join me as I visit a different Malaysian restaurant each week throughout August as part of the Malaysia Kitchen Blogger Summit! Together we will enjoy the different and wide ranging spectrum of culinary dishes that make up the soul of Malaysian cuisine.
