Having a high expectation on a certain dish sometimes makes it difficult when you try to recreate it. I find that it’s best leaving it up to the masters. The Boy however, loves a challenge and has done a darn good job in cooking up a Sticky Pork Belly dish inspired by Taxi Dining Room, Melbourne. Here is the recipe 🙂
