Melbourne’s iconic Arts Centre has recently gone through some revamping and unveiled the newly refurbished (and shiny) Hamer Hall. They also underwent some culinary transformation and now boasts a new culinary team headed by Executive Chef Sean Keating and culinary consultant Jan Gundlach.
