Mamak! Satu lagi! And that pretty much sums up what this Rotifest and Laksa Party had me ready to shout at the end of the night, one more please! Not quite satiated with the last pigging out session of the Rotifest we had experienced at Chillipadi Mamak Kopitiam in Kensington, another one was organised and our hunger was soon satisfied, until the next time 🙂
My very first Cooking the Books session. This time round, we (everyone bar myself and Emma) cooked from Nigella Lawson’s Kitchen. Everyone brought the game on and it was a spectacular feast!
In another epic International Incident Party, we visit a dish which to me represents the concept of an ideal world… Gumbo!
