No-Bake Blueberry Chocolate Tart with Oreo & Sea Salt Chips Base

Sometimes, I can be a little bit of a devil in the kitchen. It isn’t all about the 1950’s housewife here when I put on my apron. Sometimes, you need to live a little. What better way to live then to mash up junk food with a little creative spice? Check out this sweet and salty Blueberry Chocolate Tart 🙂 You won’t even see the naughtiness coming.

 Manneken Pis in Amsterdam. Fries with a hell lot of sauces to choose from. We played it safe and went with the Cheese sauce. @mannekenpisamsterdam #mannekenpis #fries #cheese #sauce #amsterdam  First time trying Herring with Pickles & Onion from Simon En Evert. The herring season had just started when we were there in May. Absoutely love it!  We also ordered the Broodje Garnaal at Simon En Evert in Amsterdam. Sweet little shrimps they were  @simonenevert #amsterdam  Eating Out: Azurmendi (Bilbao, Spain). The final two desserts of our amazing degustation meal at @azurmendi_atxa (1) Black Olives, Sheep's Milk, Cocoa (2) Avocado & Mango. The chocolate & black olives were my favourite out of all the desserts. The last two savoury dishes served at our degustation meal at @azurmendi_atxa (1) Pigeon, Tuber, and Carrots. (2) Stewed Piglet Tail with Anchovies from Bermeo. The pigeon was beautifully cooked and the anchovy gave the stewed tail a nice saltiness. At this stage, I am completely stuffed and have lost count of the number of snacks and dishes we were given.
