 Dining Out: La Cime, Osaka. The Boudin Dog is a signature at Chef Yusuke Takada's restaurant La Cime. It is a boudin noir encased in a bamboo charcoal dough and is packed full of flavour. Seriously wished I had a whole bowl of this  .. It was the ultimate snack. It may not look like much but boy, were they delicious to eat. We had one of the best Chwee Kuehs at Tiong Bahru Market. The queue was long but moved fairly quick and I liked that they weren't stingy with their condiments (as you can see from the picture).
