We didn’t have a Playground post for June but we are back with a bang this July with a 12 hour slow cooked pork belly. I’m sure you will fall under its spell too. Mesmerising, crispy, subtle, creamy, you will fall.
With the crazy couple of weeks we have had, it is no wonder that we have missed our 7th Blog Anniversary! So to commemorate our seven long hard years of working behind the scenes, typing and editing away, we’ve decided to treat you to April’s Playground post (see what we did there?) as a 2-in-one celebration post 🙂
The beautiful Romanesco sits upon the plate, hark, hear the angels sing! That’s certainly how I feel every time I look at this gorgeous vegetable. It’s simply stunning, so much so that I wouldn’t mind if I were presented with a bouquet of these (very practical I would say!).
