Only a week left till the Lunar New Year and what better way to ring in the new year with a feast with families & friends at Sun Kitchen. We were fortunate enough to experience their Abundance of Blessings menu last week. For the first part of the menu, we had dishes such as: - Salmon Sashimi Yu Sheng - Jellyfish with Sichuan Sauce - Black Barbecue Pork - Vegetarian Goose - West Lake Smoked Fish - Double Boiled Chicken with Conch Soup - Wok Fried Lobster with Ginger Shallot on E-Fu Noodles The Lobster noodles were definitely the highlight of the meal.
