Second week of Work…

I messed up on my second week of work. It was horrible... I went to work yesterday and everything was good.. until I messed up. There was no one else at the office except for me and the two directors. I can't believe it. My director did tell me in a very nice way...

They demonstrated to the attendees a couple of dishes served at Central and Pia's new restaurant, Kjolle. Virgilio also talked about the concept behind Central's menu which focuses on the Peruvian ecosystems and elevations.  After the press conference, we were escorted to the terrace area of the National Gallery for the next event, "Food Meets Future" featuring chefs Massimo Bottura, Anne-Sophie Pic, Yannick Alléno and Garima Arora discussing the commitments chefs are making for the culinary future and also a question & answer session. This was followed by an address by recent American Express Icon Award winner José Andrés on the responsibility of chefs on helping feed the hungry.
